I will be there, only spectating I'm afraid, car is back in pieces getting more work done and trying to figure out this stupid misfire, which doesn't look like its a misfire, rather a fueling issue now.......

Oh well no go for the dyno day as the wiring diagram was not right and due to being the old version of the TSI they don't have the wiring diagram any more,So now Yavuz is left with having to install it blind.Bummer! You guys will see my car there just not running. Have fun guy's and post results.....Spewing,But that's life I guess.

I AGREE all thought i did not come either, but hey i didn't even have a soarer then.. just got mine back together, heat wrapped the down pipes. and fixed a few little things o and changed oil and filter. so see you al tommrow

And Seeing as we hopefully have so many cars, IT will be 3 Power runs.. NO Time for mucking around wanting tunes to be changed and such. Sorry but it takes about 1 hour per 4-5 cars to check em strap em and run em... And we dont have all night.

Thanks to everyone who try to help me out tonight with the boost controller. Turns out that there was another connection that was causing it to short out. But all is good now, after the dyno runs of course. Its hitting 15psi, no worries, and even 7600rpm.. looks like mines lifted the rev limit quite a bit.

A Massive thanks to all for attending, Some new faces appeared and some very new Power Figures by many peoples... Unfortunately for some ( myself included ) Some Missfiring gremlins showed up.
Look forward to the next event and thanks for all behaving Yavuz and the Guys at Unigroup were very impressed with the Soarer Community and how we go about our business... Said they would love to host us anytime as we are a group of nice, trouble free, easy going peoples who just seemed to want to have a fun time, without any issues!!

We seem to have figured out my missfire is spark plugs... On my 1st run, the T Piece they install to get the boost reading for the dyno, Blew out of the line and the boost dropped off and fouled the plugs... After this it developed a missfire from 5000rpm onwards..
The Car still made 239rwkw @ 5000rpm when the missfire occured and the run was aborted... I will have an Emanage fitted and some new plugs fitted in the next few weeks and hopefully go back and get the 250+ that yavuz thinks my car should be able to make

very good to hear... BTW: why was it shorting out in the first place? (was it heat/rubbing related?? )
