I did a search and couldn't find any other threads on this, just looking to see if there are many members on here from the gold coast.
I see nice looking soarers around the coast all the time, say gday if you're here. |

Im on the GC. My soarer is white, lowered, kitted, 20" wheels, single turbo, tan interior.
where abouts on the coast r u from? also do u go out to any local car meets? |

Christian, iam at highland park, aka the hills beside nerang lol.
I have a few guys we go cruising with and do hill climbs etc if you ever want to join us. |

Heya, been on a soarer few cruises but they are few and far between. I'm in southport and wouldn't mind another soarer meet or cruise. |

I am at Southport. Mine isn't anywhere near as good as the other two. We will get on well. 
Oh I saw a couple of soarers turn off at Nielsens road heading North on Sunday arvo. I wasn't in mine but one had "Bella" or similar plates and the other Driven by a female had "mx000" I think. |

That would be great Dave. Would be nice to just meet somewhere casually and shoot the •••• for a while. Popular place is the Spit on Sunday but way too many cops there for my liking. Maybe somewhere with a decent carpark and refreshments that is a bit out of the way? |

Im on the Gold Coast, live in Helensvale, theres a nice black v8 i see around all the time, not sure if he is a member, Brett i saw you one morning coming out of my street on discovery drive, gave you a wave, awesome looking soarer..
Mine looks so tacky with the kit in gel coat still.. But yeah, i'm always out and about and keen for a meet.

wheres a nice place to live on the Gold Coast?
Im moving there later this year and know nothing about the place.
My girlfriend is intending on going to Bond Uni - so somewhere near there / beach will be good. |

I would rent for 6 months somewhere close to where you will work. Get used to the areas and then make your decision.
Different people have different ideas on where they want to live.
Southport is good though. |

Im looking at arriving around October~ish and i have my eyes on Burleigh Waters. Theres a new development going on there opposite Bond Uni that im taking a liking to.
Hopefully the missus will be accepted to Bond and i will find a job asap. (anyone in need of a graphic designer ?)
The plan is to get there, rent for a few months, get established, get a job, get a loan for a house, sell my house in WA then go to the beach for a surf. |

any were around Varsity,robina,merrimac,burleigh heads,burleigh waters,reedy creek,
are all good areas and within 10mins to bond uni
Southport would be a pain in the but to get to bond uni.
