Evening all,
Tristan Hewitt has finally bitten the bullet and decided to devote himself fully to WTF Auto. This means a new workshop, new projects and new insanity in the motoring world.
To celebrate, he is throwing a grand opening BBQ at his new premises for any and all Toyota fanatics. It will be a good chance for you to check out the new workshop and ask any questions you have ever had about about your car. It will be an awesome day with plenty of entertainment and lots of his customers awesome cars there to have a squiz at.
The whole shebang kicks off at ~11am on Saturday the 2nd of August. To keep everyone fed there will be a free BBQ on at ~12ish. To keep everyone entertained there will be a new workshop to poke around in, loud music to listen to and nice cars to oogle at. To keep a lucky few happy there will be prizes Anyone who rocks up that owns a Toyota (doesnt matter if the car itself isnt there) gets entry into the draw to win. The first prize is a $500 WTF voucher and there are 10 (I think) $100 WTF vouchers as secondary prizes
The workshop is located at Unit 1, 71 Brant Rd in Kelmscott. It's on the corner of Owen rd for those of you familiar with the area.
So get a crew together and cruise down for the day. It should be killer. I'll see you there

Cool, Tristan has done some 1 off modifications that. The Supra mesmerise he has done has a 1 off Twin Turbo set sporting a HKS GT2540 turbo and a GT35R, now these turbo's aren't running parallel or in sequential mode. I cant explain how they are running without giving away tristans secret but I can tell you this supra makes 14psi at 1200rpm and holds it solid all through the rev range and destroys tyres
Should check his MR2 which has a 3.5l Aurion V6 and the same Turbo set up, except instead of a GT35R, hes putting on a GT42

Hey guys, spoke to Tristan today, who would have thought he would get a person from this site working at Synergy and setting up his business electricity account .. one in a million, well 140 working at Synergy .. the open day sounds great, BBQ, tunes, and the sound of turbos, just need the women .. any takers !! .. see you then ..
