well I know a mate has a problem with his alarm draining the battery after a week or so of not driving his commonwhore.
Get a multimeter and see if there is any drain on the battery after you shut it off? |

We have a massive audio battery, but the thing still goes flat if we don't start her up for a few weeks. With all the electrics that the cars come out with (and just a few extra's we've added), there is a constant drain.

You should be able to get it checked at the places that sell batteries. But if you do get another one, the bigger the better so it is worth spending the money...your car will love you for it.
Sorry have caught up Pete, our wedding is now only 5 weeks away and still have heaps to do. Not sure if we'll make it on Sunday as we're meant to be learning to do the bridal waltz at lunch time. I suck big time at it and need all the help I can get. Men, you just don't know how lucky you are, love to see you all try and waltz in heels with a damn hoop under a dress...very very tricky. Might swing past for a quick howdy early on, will see what time I wake up.

Hmmm, might be out of this one, unless my mate can limp his supra to the fix it day! Sheared a wheel off sue to lack of SPIGGOT RINGS, now only has 2 bolts holding his left rear rim on the hub! Told him I'd give him a hand to fix it this weekend. |

G'day everyone I have'nt been about the place for a while. I'm spewing I missed the meet today. I've just home after driving back from Melbourne in my 'new' 1997 GT-L. I floored it all the way back and it performed as well as you'd expect. The only problem is it's a fresh import and it has one of those EMV thingos. Is there a place in Adelaide I can trust to convert the interface into English?

A few things over the day were done so it was well worth it.

Sorry I couldn't make it guys. I'll be very glad when all this wedding BS is over and I get my weekends back (or some of them at least!!). Glad to hear it was a good turnout and I believe the weather would have held well for you. |
