Hello :-)
I will be moving back to Australia from Europe very soon which means i will be sending a container load of belongings back to Perth(Freo). This will include a few boxes of wine etc. I need to know if anyone here (who may be in the know) can help me out, as im concerned about bringing wine into Australia and rumours of WET tax etc. Im no importer, i just drink the stuff.

Can i bring in my personal collection without having to pay these silly taxes ? Can it pass through under the radar (so to speak)?

As glenn said, I go through air sea when importing cars, they are a little pricey but my cars always arrive un scratched and with ~100kg of protective wrapping on them :-)

Ok, do AirSea collect from your door and load everything onto a container ?
I have had a quick read of the website and couldnt find that out. Plus, im in Europe, its a bit expensive to simply call Australia for a chat :-)
