Yeah.....another cruise would be great, but I'm definately not driving through the city this time....the same coppers might be there waiting for me....hahaha
We recently went for a family drive from Granchester...(where the mini trains are) through to the Warreago Hwy and chucked a right before the toowoomba range and went to place called Spring Bluff, where we had a nice afternoon tea, and then off through to the cuckoo clock shop in black forest hill, Cabarlah, near Crows nest, then off through to Esk and back to Brissy, it was a nice drive!! Didn't take the soarer though...hahaha
But as I said in the earlier posts...It would be awesome to do another sommerset drive when the weather warms up...so we can enjoy the water aswell as the drive!! Hopefully people will be interested in that one?? |

Nathan, here's your opportunity to get one going. Name a date, a meeting place and a route and we'll be there.
I don't see a problem with going over old ground, so we could go somewhere we've been before maybe using different roads to get there.
I'm not that fussed on the dam again though as the road is too undulating. Pick anywhere between Brisbane and Gympie and you'll get quite a few come along. By the way, if you need a hand to organise it, I'll gladly do that.
Peter, lobster and prawn would be fine for me. Don't go to too much trouble. |

i went for a drive yest to lake burumba near imbil and took the malney kenilworth rd home. Was i really nice road with some good twisties as smooth as glass. beautiful scenery as well, anyone been this way before? |

The answer is 'yes' Chris, but that's OK as to go over an area again that is a great drive doesn't matter. I agree, it is a pretty smooth run. |

Ahh BOBBY ! you and your bloody night runs up that way haha. You do it every week man !
Night runs are scarey, especially up around those roads PLUS if you are not familiar with them haha.
I think im going to hit up some lakeside action on the 30th of AUG. Time to put my GT starlet in its element. |

Let me know how that goes James. I want to try my soarer on the track, although I suspect it might be overpowered and too heavy. Benny, I will post up something next week. It's a fun drive and is good with just 2-4 cars. |

yeah not bad hey ran up 310 hp on 15 psi and 325 on 16-17psi, barley touched the safc, need a new boost controller. boost was all over the place. only got two runs but got a 12.59 @ 110.7 mph on a 1.950 60ft and a 12.501 @ 109.9 mph on a 1.83 so it has a 12.4 in it at least. think that makes me number six for stock tt though? Did you find a use for that motor? |

Meet at Ettamogah Pub at 9.11am, travel highway to Eumundi, stop for coffee, continue towards Kenilworth but then to Mapleton for lunch. Home via Montville etc. |
