spotted 1ben-066 blue update model at 7ish this morning heading down leach, from a respectable distance it looked like you hit fuel cut and had a bit of a stutter coming out of Stock onto Leach. |

Spotted white stock looking Soarer around 4.30am on Tonkin going into Inter Airport. Both gave it a squirt, pouring down with rain, fail on gaining any speed haha. |

I was hoping you would come into the carpark there - but you must have been busy.

What would be the science behind that? Very rich fuel mixture in the exhaust, not enough oxygen to detonate until after the turbos where the exhaust opens up? |

When on boost, ECU compensates for more fuel, when you suddenly release the throttle, all the excess fuel gets thrown out the chamber and gets lit up by hot exhaust. I think theres a temperature for exhaust to be till it actually lights up though? Hope my theory is right hahaha! |

If you don't have a cat, or even a mid muffler chances are it'll pop flames.
Mine is practicaly 3" straight through with just the end Mangaflow muffler.
When cruising around, once the exhaust gets hot enough a quick second or so of acceleration, then backing off halfway is enough to get if flaming for a few seconds.
Essentially most cars without a cat will pop flames if you can get the exhaust hot enough (Which isn't hard to do) |

I don't know for certain but I would agree with Kristian. You need spark, oxygen and fuel to make the bang. When you close the throttle you reduce the oxygen available and there would be a slight lag before less fuel goes in, the extra fuel not burnt goes out into your exhaust and ignites on the hot pipes...I'm only guessing here haha |

Nah, all honesty, it was a bit of a buzz, you're the first person to wave to me... I was starting to think I was the special one... But now I know I am.... A minute earlier and you might have only seen a white blur... I had been naughty 
Got to remove the fuel cut... Get's up there way too quick now... Hardly have a chance to enjoy the acceleration before you got to back it off.
