Hi Everyone,
Wondering if someone out there would be able to help me as this is getting on my nerves. Well the past month my car rev’s keep on getting lower and lower as I’ve notice normally when I start it up in the mornings it should sit at 1200k rev but now when I start it up it sits at 500. So for the past month I will have to keep on tighten my throttle cable to keep the revs up. Last week on Friday I went and bought some Nulon Injector Cleaner and poured in half a bottle and ran RON98 for a cruise on Saturday. When going to the cruise we had a few stops pits but car would start up ok and on the last stop started up car it was sitting under 500 and felt like the car was going to shut off so had to keep feet on the pedal to keep alive but it defiantly wasn’t flat battery as its brand new. If someone would be able to help me be really appreciated! I forgot to mention like the car won't stall or anything like when I put it in park the revs go to 1200 and in Drive it sits at 600rpm.
I've also spent almost an hour trying to do some research it could be something to do with my *ICV* if I remember correctly..didn't really understand.

ISCV. Inlet plenum, up near the firewall. This is the Idle Speed Control Valve.
When you turn the air-con on, do revs go up, or go low as if the motor has a bit more weight to pull? If so, try a new ISCV.
Next would be the Water Temp sensor as this is how the engine know if it should cold start or what not.
Any problem with starting it up? If the cable isn't tightened, will it just stall? Try bridging FP to B+ in the diagnostics ports in the engine bay. If this fixes it, it means your Fuel ECU has died.

It's most likely a problem with the ISCV, either the stepper motor is defective, bad contact somewhere or it is just dirty.
The idle speed control valve is controlled by the ECU, and allows a certain amount of air to bypass the throttle body at idle and reach the inlet manifold to allow for a higher idle speed on cold starts, or when the A/C is turned on. As the orifice gets blocked with gunk, this will impede the airflow, and cause an erratic idle. The same would happen if the motors that control the valve are defective, causing it not to open, or an electrical problem like bad contact or wiring.
First of all try what Chris suggested, turn the A/C on, the idle should increase. If the idle only decreases or the car stutters it is a problem with the ISCV.
I would start by removing the ISCV and cleaning it. If that does not help you should check the connector and wires leading to the connector, also try another ISCV.
A fault coolant temp sensor can also cause the problem you described.

Hi guys! thanks for the feedback but as it bothered me so much I went home yesterday took all the piping and cleaned it all off same with the pod filter. Now its running perfect. Cheers anyways I might have a look at the ISCV could make it run alot better

Did you clean your throttle body? Because that is the only thing along the piping that if dirty could cause such a problem, cleaning oil residue from the other pipes from the pod filter to throttle body would not do anything.
