Not to throw a spanner in the works, but there is rain forecast for Sunday. Is this going to make a difference?

Makes a big difference to me as I'm running semi's and they really don't like the wet much at all, certainly not for a hills run.
It's only a shower or two on the forecast, so lets just play it by ear and make a call closer to the day.
If we need to we can postpone till the week after. |

There is a cruise / gathering being organised for this Sunday.
There are 2 meeting spots.
Australia Zoo carpark for the northsiders. Departing at 10.30, be early.
Springwood McDonalds for the southsiders. Departing 10.00, be early.
Each will be taking different routes to a combined lunch meeting place at Esk.
From there each convoy will again separate and make their way home.
There is an additional Southsiders Meeting Point at the Ferny Grove Tavern, Ferny Grove at 10.45 (be early) for any northsiders who wish to join the southsiders on the 'Hills' run over Mt Glorious (see map)

Sorry peeps I have to pull out of tomorrow's cruise I split my rubber intake pipe connector and I doubt I'll be able to organise something by 10 in the morning .Spewing to I miss out on my first soarer cruise anyway here's a pic of the pipe I have split.

Northerners and Southerners met up at Esk and proceeded to consume a great lunch mixed with a little BS.
As usual, I was held up by the slower folk, but being the good natured person I am, I let them off lightly.
A different story on the way home. Totally clear, dry windy road up through the mountain range, tyres protesting, brakes working to capacity, mild sweat and a grin finished off the day nicely.

Turned out to be a pretty good day weather wise as well, good drive up to Esk and catching up with people.
I didnt have a camera with me so would be good to see other pics to.
