aahhh i wish the supra was still on the road i haven't seen my old soarer in about 1yr and it looks like its going to be on the cruise hows the old girl holding up Mr Lock? |

average lol.. Power steering pump died.
Some how she' smanaged to turn the alarm 'beep' off
Some paint fade.
Havn't fixed the yellow screen yet, but the radio died too..
But on the good side check in the seat cover group buy for internal shots of how it looks now.. |

Just a light bulb moment, it is Anzac day on 25th march and they are marching that day not on the public holiday. I checked with my grandpa
The uni car park gets a fair bit of action that day I believe. We may have to just make it Morialta strait up! |

It's just that 3 people I have spoken to about it said that car park gets fairly well used up on that day and we will need 25+ spaces. |

We can stick to plan but a packed car park, detours and traffic jams may happen... I really think we should just delete the initial meeting point and head straight to Morialta..
As always though, I am easy so if opposed that will be fine by me. Just be mindful. If we end up changing the meeting area around the city somewhere, I think on the East side would make the most sense as the city will be fairly packed and driving around or through it will be more pain than pleasure.
I don't like to keep changing plans either but well.. |

The car park for Adelaide High School and the city council grounds is fairly big on West Tce just on the side of the school. It will easily fit 25-30 cars. |

Since fylers have already been going out we might just stick to the initial plan, we could stick up some 'wet paint' signs haha or 'reserved' hah I dunno, I don't think changing plans would be easy this late. |

It's still 10 days away. Changing from something that might be unworkable seems like a good idea to me.
It's not just the parking, but the traffic also, it will quickly decimate any sort of organised drive through the city. |

I agree with Pen, an alternative meeting point would be a good idea. How about the car park on Hackney Rd, pictured. You could have a couple of people at the Uni car park to redirect anyone that shows up there, it's not that far from the Uni either.

I think the car park on Hackney Rd is about the same size, if not larger plus it's actually closer to the original kick off point than Vic park by several k's. Also, from there it's straight up North Tce to Magill or Payneham Rd to get to Morialta Park. |

Reading the different ideas for a new meeting spot I think Brenton makes some great points so lets make it the car park on Hackney Rd as shown above. Apologies to everybody especially you Christian now having to make new flyers.
So everything is now carved in stone for the 25th April - Hackney Rd > Morialta > BBQ > Cruise. |

I think we will work it out as there are 3 neighboring car parks 2 of which have about 50 and 117 spaces the other is all under trees but bigger than the both combigned. The one pictured has 60 spaces. 11am on a Sunday I think we will squeeze in. |
