OK there seems to be some interest so lets put a date and destination on it. If somebody else has a better plan or would prefer another date then please speak up but here is my thoughts...
Meet on Solent Circuit, Bella Vista at 9:00am - heading off no later than 9:30am.
Head towards the F3 and cruise up to Ourimbah Rest stop, arriving approx 10:30am. Central Coast members can meet us there and continue north by 11:00am
Taking the Budgiewoi/Swansea exit off the F3, jump onto the Pacific Highway, arriving at Caves Beach by lunchtime.
Caves has a big carpark, lunch shop, facilities etc - plus you can go for a swim if you can brave the water temperature.
If anyone feels like a more "engaging" drive then head up to Ourimbah via the Old Pacific Highway. Awesome road in the right car and conditions (even at the speed limit) but be warned it is a weekend favorite for motorbike riders and police. Jump off the F3 at Berowra, then jump back on at Gosford. Will take you approx extra 20 mins to get to Ourimbah.
I encourage Newcastle members to get organised and head down to Caves for lunch as well!

How would Sunday the 11th suit everyone?
I Just want to make sure I have enough time to get my car running properly with the standalone ECU, If not I am happy to wait for the next cruise. |

I am sure one of the friendly mods will sort that out if they see it.
Is there any particular reason you chose cave beach?
One of the other guys mentioned Wisemans ferry which is a pretty good drive with plenty twisties on the way, even putty road would be fun, might be a bit too much for some even at the speed limit. haha
Just seams like Caves Beach is a pretty un-eventful drive up there with plenty of police keeping drivers in check. |

Why Caves Beach..? it gives members from Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle to participate and meet up, nice beach with facilities, carpark big enough for lots of Soarers, the Old Road is nice & windy even if your not driving hard. If its all about the drive being eventful then why was the last cruise out to Cronulla?
Nonetheless, I am happy to cruise out to Wisemans Ferry or up the Putty Rd - you are right Rob they are a great drives - even a belt up Bells Line to Katoomba is a cracker - and all dates suggested are fine with me. I guess we just need to find a date and location that suits everyone |

Richmond to Mt. Victoria along Bells Line Of Road = 71km - approx 75 mins drive
Bella VIsta to Caves along the Old Pacific Highway = 135kms - approx 2 hours drive
Windsor to Singleton along the Putty Road = 174km - approx 2.5 hours
I'm happy to head in any direction and I'm free any weekend except this one coming. |

Any of those 3 drives sound good to me.
I think we will get a better turnout if it is a Sunday as a lot of people work Saturdays these days.
So I vote for the Sunday, 11th of June aswell. I might have the new tune done by then.  |

The Imperial Hotel - on the corner where the Bells Line run meets the Great Western Highway, do an awesome BBQ lunch on Sundays from memory + beers on the lawn if its a sunny day.
I'm keen for Mt. Vic on the 11th |

Not sure Michael... I am happy to head up to Mt. Victoria on the 11th it seems everyone needs to offer on a date and destination that suits.
