That is a good price.
The cheapest i was able to find KU31's for was Option 1 Garage in QLD.

235/40 R18 @ $154 and 265/35 R18 @ $201, not including $120 shipping for 4x.
Fitting cost me $40

When I got my wheels sent over from Tempe, it cost me $1600 (+$100 freight) for 18x85(+38)/18x9.5(+40)'s with 235/40ZR18 95Y front, 265/35ZR18 97Y rear.
