Hey Guys,

I'm going to calder park this Friday 14th for some drag racing action :-) I'll be taking the soarer drag project or at least the daily soarer to test what times I can run with a factory but modified setup. I'll be shaking down the drag setup which should be good for a 10 second pass with the right launch. Hoping for 11s-12s on low boost.

Street Car/Bike:
$80 inc GST
Inc 1 Driver, 1 Crew Entry

Comp Car/Bike:
$130 inc GST Inc 1 Driver, 3 Crew Entry

Adults:
$25.00

Anyone else want to come and join in on the action? Soarer V Soarer? :-)

In addition, I need some pit crew peeps to help with simple stuff such as jump starting and/or watching over gear and general support and video taping through the session. I can have 1 pit crew free entry for a regular pass or up to 3 pit crew free entry with a race pass.

Yup will be leaving the workshop in williamstown.

Forecast is rain/drizzle so far. If Calder park cancel, they will send me an SMS and I'll update this thread if racing is on/off. :-)

I'd actually like to get it on the quarter to see what it actually does. On the street its good but how good.

yep heathcote is fun but only if you go in group. It's a bit far. We should organise another soarers meet at Calder like Reepa used to do :-)
