How about you name the day, the place, the time and the intentions and the hordes will follow.
I think most people will want a quick drive through the hills or something like that. |

Ok how about we do a meet on Sunday the 27th of Feb The week after Valentines day that way if you all can spend that weekend with the better half and come meet up on the 27th, so i'll try and organise a meet / cruise route so those that want to drive can and those that just want to stand and compare can do that as well. We might just cruise arround brisbane this time and if people like it we can do a better one later. |

The biggest problem is actually getting people to show up.

Something like a shortish (1-1.5 hour) drive either to a lunch spot or with a lunch spot enroute seems to work well.
ie. All meet somewhere for a chinwag, then go for a leisurely cruise somewhere for lunch and more chinwag. Then depart for home. |

March 27th at 10.30am at Caboolture railway station. Drive to Woodford, Kilroy and then to Sumerset Dam. From there, retrace steps and go through Roystan and over the range to Peachester and Beerwah. That should keep the feet working OK.
Suggestions for lunch? |

So anyway looks like I can't read and as I was telling my luck lately to Adrian firstly getting the date wrong for the meet 2ndly cleaned my windscreen today for the meet not more than 1 second after I had turned up and turned my car off a bird crapped on my windscreen, my window u can read about in the rebuild section and then cause the meet was wrong I went and worked on my other Soarer and as I was coming home a 11mm drill socket piece went in my tire and I got a flat outside a shut supercheap and tyrepower store with out my jack and with out a tire iron. Just as my phone ran out of battery power, And just to prove the irony of it all I have photos on a flat camera i cant find the charger to get the photos off  |
