I am setting up a cruise in January for all those interested. At this stage it looks like Sunday the 15th. Gathering point will be at Victoria Park race course, at 11.30 am. The end result will be in Angaston at a location where we can have a picnic (this will put us married guys in good stead) or the shops will be nearby for those who aren't into pickanick baskets! Maps for the route will be supplied by moi, and we can all make our own way back after as we choose or go on to do a little tasting at various places .....like Rockfords YUMYUM ps I will try to make the route interesting!!!

I'm in. Ken, have you been to the Seppelt Winery before? It's quite a nice place to have a BBQ. Don't know how busy it'll be though!

So far Ken Bruns Peter Holzinger Kris Antczak Peter Nitschke Sam Sulley Adam Foster Clayton Webb Luke Bressington....not bad considering we have over a month to go. Spread the word guys, I would love to see 20 or more Soarers and Celsiors. Remember it's a family day too for us older guys and a great excuse to get out of the lawn mowing, and get into the wine tasting. as to beer there is a good pub only 500 metres from where we should be lunching. After lunch we can all go where ever & spend up (or not) at the wineries! I'll see if I can make up a flyer to lodge here so you guys can print it off and leave it with any Soarer yo'all see. Cheers

Stuart, new tanks can be fitted quite cheaply. Two places I have seen recommendations for: APM Radiators in Lonsdale Bridgewater Radiators There are probably other good ones in Adelaide also.

Hey Stuart, I just had my top tank replaced by Holden Hill Radiators, included a full flush and new toyota red coolant, etc. I think it was around $250 from memory but my mechanic cut me a bit of a deal. Either way it shouldn't cost more than $300 - $350 max.

Will get onto apm first week december when back from holidays, removing the radiator should be a piece of piss compared to doing the turbos, I HOPE

I am keen to come along, but after next week I won't have access to a computer, so I won't be able to check if these arrangements change. I've put a note in my diary and I'll be at Victoria Park at 11.30am on the 15th Jan.

Luke, I'm not fussed about the logo, but I think it would be a nice touch. Just Angaston as the destination should do, the map will be provided on the day together with the route. Cheers

ken just making sure you are definatly going to have maps, country drivers like meself arent to great when you got to choose a road every 100m. its more like every 10 kays out here. Clayton (the good lad!) has agreed to get my car doing more than 108 on cruise control, so that will be another great point to coming!!! girlfriends welcome??
