Hey Guys,
Winton Fun Day is back on - Saturday 15th June 2013!
Supra will have an E85 setup and 400+rwkw by then. I will also be taking passengers/customers around the track for a few sessions.
$35 to race all day - fuel avail at the track etc.
Just need a RWC ish car with no loose objects inside etc and you're good to go!

Basically you show up at winton by 8am, sign the form, pay $35, go through scrutineering and attend the driver's briefing. |

I was told that the drivers briefing is only mandatory for first timers, is that so Costa? |

Says you can only go at 80% of your cars capacity, how can they know??? I just wanna zip it on the straights |

What does that even mean by 80%? Just shift a little earlier?Use the brakes more before corners? Less throttle? Take for example two cars, one has double the output of the other. Let's say one has 100kw and the other has 200kw. The driver with 200kw even using 20% less power still has a lot more power then the other car. Does the 100kw car still have to go 80% with much more powerful cars out there. |

Its not just power. They just want everyone to ho home with their cars having the same number of wheels they arrived with. They say in the meeting that if you spin, you are driving too hard. Having said that, there were a few spins. They ask you to come off and have a self imposed chill out if you do. Having said that,I remember heaps of aggressive drivers there and plenty of people overtaking in corners which they tell you not to do either. |

just be careful and look out for fools with fully sik cars and no skill, at fun days I have seen car's hit in the side and rolled, people deciding to stop at the end of the main straight and do burnouts...
remember NO INSURANCE and if someone hits your car it's a racing incident and you have NO come back on them at all! |

ill be in last time i was at winton funday was last year since then iv got my new cusco coilovers new engine (315kw) bigger turbo 50mill gate mirotech ecu (pain in the ass new rims with tyres should be grate fun to kick Nathan Sopeer ass bring it on LOL |

I can't make it now since I managed to melt half of my loom over the weekend. Was looking forward to seeing some good results from the Cihan tuned T04z but will have to wait until next time now  |
