So, I hear there is a Toyota group on facebook (can't remember who) that is looking at a track day in October. Funnily enough, the car 'club' I am in is also thinking of one around then too.
To take your car on the track is $130 for the day. But entry to Symmons is free. If you go on the track, you will need a helmet ($60-70 from a motorbike shop).
Not sure who/what will be there on the Toyota day. But the day we go there will be my TT and a mates V8 Soarer. Plus a bunch of Nissans (mostly skylines), a few wrx's and a half breed Cressy (with a RB20 motor).

Sounds good David, I just need a couple of trims to go back on and I'll be able to have a crack, only about the 4th time in 12 months I will have driven it. I'll see if any more of the Hobart guys are interested

Ok, October 26th it is!!!! All are welcome to come along. Even if you don't take your car on the track, just come meet some people and go for a spin in other cars.
