| I've been on the list since the 25'th (and so has Colin). Not a quick bite, just a slow reader. I'm planning on meeting you in QB if I can find the Caltex station - damn, that means I have to get up before 6am ...

| You know where Neil is. The Caltex is further in toward Queanbeyan just after you turn right at the roundabout at the end of the main drag past the turnoff to Neil's. Grab a whereis.com.au map and all should be clear. Alternatively, if you have a GPS I can give you coordinates, or you can get a nav system fitted in the next week . |

| Explanation was good enough. I know that one. Thanks David. Nav's are for wimps that can't read a map. |

| Ok - just for an update on the thread: We'll be leaving from the Caltex Service Station in Bungendore Road, Queanbeyan at 9.30am. If you're coming from the Hume/Federal Highways, take the Sutton Road exit to Queanbeyan. At the end of Sutton Road, turn left on Yass Road and follow that under the railway bridge, past Aurora Ave (where Neil is) and a couple of other cross streets. Turn right at the roundabout onto Bungendore Road and its only a couple of hundred metres to the Caltex. There will be a short pit stop at the Lolly Shop in Braidwood on the way there. We'll grab an early lunch in Bateman's Bay and then head a short way either north or south for a little bit of beach time before heading for home. 1. Denise and Ollie Ernst (and Rachel) 2. David Vaughan 3. Tim Eacott (and Camera man) 4. Neil and Deb Griffiths + Lids 5. Peter Burrett 6. Greg Boschman 7. Jeff Smith 8. Mark Paddick (possible) 9. Kate and Stu 10. Colin Kirkpatrick (possible) 11. Rainer & Karen 12. Benny Gammelmark (if work permits) Jan - how about we say we'll be at the Fish & Chip shop (hopefully someone can tell me what it's called) that backs onto the river between 11.30 - 12ish. From memory, if you take the first turn on the left after going over the bridge there's a fairly large carpark (which hopefully won't be too full!!!) which is really close to the fish & chip shop. |

Curses! I was secretly planning to bring my little green four-door family truck but it seems Neil does not need my Soarer just yet (Secret Soarer Business) so I will have the Soarer after all. |
