| it'll last for ages!! cos the clutch will die first...you should know this.... nothing to say that the w58 is any weaker than the r154...really....at least, not thats convinced me...and i'm only aiming for 400rwhp, not huge power. only advantage of the r154 is 6 speeds over 5...but considering that due to the manual conversion and diff swap, all my gearing ratios are out, such that my speed sensor is now displaying my speed as being 80% slower than my road speed (ie at 60, my speedo reads 48), you'll hit speed cut at 180, and i wont hit it til my road speed is 225...so really, that extra gear wont help you much |

The R154 is still a 5-speed box. The V160 is the 6-speed.
