Tai; Mate all ya have to do is get James and Mike to stop changing the route and do what james was going to do in the first place and come down to the coast and go the back way up to the mount. that way you can all call in for a breather and a chat. i have to work in these couple of cars mate. i really need to sort out a pressure drop on a guys car

well 3 hours till you all leave... i have no turbos on the car, pipes off getting polished and speedflow fittings getting made up for coolant lines / Breather Lines
That means im out.. however cant wait to get it all back together. engine bay should be looking nice and shiny.

Well, I got back ok. Hope everyone else had an uneventful trip back. I passed a couple of cops with radar guns, and a cop in an unmarked car. They sure were out in force.
Had an awesome time, was a pretty short blast, but full-on driving. No time to enjoy the scenery in those twisty bits!! I would love to do that again sometime, maybe with a slightly later start.

Yes did see the 5.0 on the freeway back but Rob, Luke and myself were all quite restrained *after our lil on-ramp fun *
Perfect weather for a run thru the hills glad it turned out that way.
However there was a mysterious cloud of white stinky smoke that appeared somewhere near the traffic light section on the hill climb
Brakes got a nice work out as did my right foot and my passengers left arm (grabbing the "oh my gawd" handle) hahah.
Some of the other lads and lasses took some pics so post em up when you can boys and girls !
* Tim - i agree mate, we need MORE hills and MORE straights in the next run, i think im addicted. I get back end of July so maybe mid August for another run maybe towards O'reilleys ?
* Christian and Anton we look forward to you single turbo boys showing us how its done.

Yeah, pics will be up soon, been house sitting this week at a place without a computer so haven't been able to get them off the camera. Tonight if you're lucky!
Also the new plates are on the soarer. 83VAN, suits the blown V8 under the bonnet..
