Sorry Paul, the price wont be announced until I have a complete list. I knew this might sour some peoples decision and i have been trying and trying to get even just a ROUGH cost of per person etc but my uncle cant do me a deal until he knows the # of people. Ring up and ask them how much it is to stay over on a saturday night and then just know its gonna be cheaper than that. Im not terribly fussed about the cost, I just think its gonna be an awesome weekend getaway for all the WALSC crew and also you and your gf. The rooms are really nicely furnished and have oceanviews, I gurantee it will be worth the coin. |

Ben, maybe you could allocate say 15 spots and then get a price from your uncle based on that, then fill the remaining spots, so people know a price.
I am guessing you will probably only get a few more. |

Well as it stands NOW its not going to happen as my Uncle has gone away and wont be back till the 29th of august (I wish he would of told me this before hand) so Basically its been cancelled and when he gets back i will re-organise it but do it differently.
I liked your idea luke and thought about it for a bit and came to the inclusion that would be the better thing to do, this way I can get a price up front which will give more people incentive to join but the risk in doing it is that if we dont get 15 people on the list, the rooms still have to be paid for. |
