Night time is where it's at, daytime cruises are as lame as a duck. Not the metaphorical lame duck either, but a real duck that was actually lame. Maybe from stepping on a land mine or something.... |

I'm thinking a very long cruise....from Mundaring to Serpentine, doing the dams, then out to Beverley, up to York and back to Perth. Would probably take a whole day.
Would many people be up for this? I guess you could always just do the dams run if you wanted a short cruise...

26th I'm out - antilag MC Day - hopefully be nice and wet this time!
Can I also give a free plug to a cruise being run by PolePosition on Sunday the 20th August? It's not your usual cruise...will be a fairly casual cruise, run from midday, taking in a number of the different motorsport venues around perth. First leg will be to Belmont to check out a round of the MaxAction Motorsport MC series. Basically a chance to get together and meet with others from the motorsport scene, not just about "performance" cars. Co-organiser is one of the instructors from the AHG day.
If you enjoyed that day, and are possibly wondering that else may be out there, this cruise would make for a great way to come out, have a look, and maybe touch base with some people who can point you in the right directions.

ooo a York trip... sounds good. Last time I went to york I had to get my front bar resprayed though haha there are some pretty average roads heading up there. It's good fun in the daytime though, and basically no police attention. Make sure you chose different routes up and back, otherwise it gets a little tedious. |

No not an AHG day! Antilag AHG day is on 26th which conflicts with cruise. |

I have lived in Mundaring, Kalamunda and frequently drove out towards Rolleystone areas in my youth so i know a few decent routes. ;D |
