whats the fastest car you've ever draged?
What was the outcome?
I mostly drag to the speed limit, but if its close....
For 4 months now, ive had my stock tt manual, and the best to date was a vs 185kw HSV i think. It was a manual with a non standard exhaust as well, and i seriously bogged at the start! i had him when i hit second, and my car is in serious need of a nw oxy sensor!! |

The best car I ever draged [sic] was faster than me. The worse ones were not. My car is in serious need of a new door lock motor.

Bright yellow Murcielago, out near Pt Wakefield. Roll-on from 90 kmhr.
Where did who go?!
He smashed me and kept on going. Last I saw he was disappearing into the distance and a bike went hurtling past me after him (I think it was a ZX-12, was hard to tell though). |

XR6 turbo with chip and other mods, running 12psi instead of stock 4 or 6psi boost, got him off the line and held the lead on him the whole way down the 1/4. Neither of us gained on the other.
Mercedes C55 AMG - fastest N/A production sedan in the world apparently. Rolling start at 100kph I was slowly walking away from him, only pulled a car length between 100kph until I hit speed cut at 180kph. From a standing start it would be a similar situation to the XR6 turbo above.
Fairly modded Lancer GSR with Mines computer and other enhancements, he got me by a car length off the line, then I hit boost and reeled him in by end of first or mid way thru 2nd gear.
Heavily modded Galant VR4, first run I wheelspun for 200m beside him. Eventually hooked up (I didn't back off, having too much fun with fishies), flew past him and took him by several car lengths, the 2 races after that he wound the boost up to 22psi and beat me both times (242kw at all 4).
Haven't had a chance to race many exotics. |

Beaten alot of cars and have been beaten by a few cars.
A memorable one was not that long ago. A few months ago, i got beaten by a Very Heavily Modified R32 GTR. Was Rolling Start each time and i pulled away for abit and thought i had him.
But he caught me and past me quite easily. We had a little chat latter on, His car was in the High 10s. So i was happy bout that lol.
I also gotta say its one of the meanest cars ive heard.

i have munched M3s, worked WRX's,worked supra's, S14 although once a S15 kept up with me so did this worked mark 2 XR6T, and yeh Evo 8 was too scared lol n i was told they were the fasted things on the road hahahahah |
