| Cool. I like the total driveability aspect of it. I might get one for my mum. She likes cars with "good pickup". |

| They should get a diesel train turbo. Those things are roughly the size of a mini. ..the engines themselves are a little bigger than a Landcruiser. =P |

| Not quite a diesel train turbo, but it could do with one of these... Good for 2000kW.
And to give you an idea of size:

| Hah, I doubt even at full noise a 1JZ would develop enough exhaust puff to get that spinning at more than a few RPM! |

| Theres a rotor in this months Zoom with a 105mm Turbonetics thumper on it. Makes like 700 and something at the treads. I like the 'turbo beanie' on that mother. Is that a generator ? Up here theres a lot of container sized diesel generators that get used for various industries. Is that the kind of stuff you might see inside one of them? I like it!! |

Uh huh. It's a 70 litre, 16 cylinder natural gas engine used for power generation/cogeneration. Lives in an explosion-proof stainless steel box. You can see 8 of the coil packs for one bank down the side of the first photo. We use the jacket cooling and exhaust to provide hot water and steam for an abattoir. |

| their like the coil packs for the Dato 120, except i have 2 sets because i have two of them big mothers. The dato's a straight 16 VVTi quad turbo'd, V-tec powered cup holder, and motec exhuast with a 95mm external wastgate in the boot along with a sard 255ML/h feul pump, lowered leaf springs, 890cc injectors, sway bar, stickers, pod filter, 2hr turbo timer, and 180B rims (Lightweight and polished) Im thinking about selling it...... Anyone? P.S. Running new windows Vista ECU. (with norton anti-virus feul map) |

So it uses twice as much fuel as it needs to, and still lets all the lumps through? I guess once it's in there, it can't be removed anyway. |
