Hi does any one know the best and cheapest way or company to transport a car from Sydney to Perth as I am about to purchase another car. I realise cheapest is not always the best so any advice to be considered will be appreciated.

Joe I used TNT at around $1200 to get my SCV8 across to Perth... Call them for quotes as I believe they vary depending upon the time of the year due to seasonal loads...

Cheers I will call them both, I will fly over to see the car thinking of driving it back also? Nissan Skyline 2003 V35GT-8 Premium pack 3.5L V6 8 speed auto with paddle shift is the car!! Test drove one yesterday not bad for a Skyline.

Joe, i drove from here to Sydney in Jan. I DONT recommend doing it yourself !
I would just pay the freight to load it onto the train and be happy. Sounds like this one is a new car so i would just get the seller to send you heaps of photos of the car instead of flying over.

All done sealed a deal here in Perth and saved myself the hassles. Well I never thought I'd by a Skyline but for a new car i must say it is not all that bad. Definitely not changing a thing on this car as its the wife's car and our daily driver, the 8spd vari auto is hot.
