Thats just silly. Hes only welded the fins on in 1 tiny spot in the middle... it qouldn't take much for 1 of them to break off and when they do... bye bye motor.

Maybe I should make some carbon/aramid composite fins and see how they go. They'd weigh bugger all compared to metal fins so I should be at 25psi by 1850rpm I reckon

And use aroldite to secure them, cause it's more light weight than tack-welding ;)
Do it, I would almost pay to see it done :p
But just dont test it on my engine.
What shocked me with this Roger Cordia of the MX6 world is he actually has a video of him driving on that turbocharger :o
