Being licensed to use this stuff, i have had it sprayed into my eyes and throat, and I reckon it could kill a person quite easily, just several have done so in the US.
Problem with cops is they panic very easily and probably werent trained the same way, where you are forced to undergo a primary and secondary hit of pepper spray. I know in victoria, one of the training units was knocked back by an instructor becasue the Victoria Police refused to allow him to subject trainees to Capsicum Spray. Its absoultely negligent for any person licensed to, and employed to, spray without concern of the secondarys. Inadequate and poor training results in some using a spray as their primary defence.
I would get a medical and see a solicitor about a personal injury claim against the Victoria Police. Don't bother with any ombudsman or other middlemen, they dont help.
i got turned off by burn outs for like another month or so. i did one the other day in my dads fairlane and my friends did a prank on me saying a dude got my rego and is calling the cops.
i my self for like 30mins and still worried about it even after they told me it was a prank
