Hi All,
To those that are intrested in Reversing sensors, but do not want to drill holes in the bumpers, I may have found a soloution.

These are Australian Designed and Made.
I know the fella that Designed and Makes them.!
A 100% Australian Company.

Invisyguard is the brand and they have a 3year warranty.
I forget the Price now So I shall not put the wrong one and mislead.

If there is intrest I can find out more, try to work out a Club price and provide some contact details.

He also has.
A "Smart" Window lift module and
"Touch Point" Immoblizer system.

How does it work? Sensors behind the bumpers? Does it work behind fibreglass?

Hi D.
Yes there is a flexible sensor rail that goes behind the bumper bar.

I think it works ok on anything but metal bars.

Gives approx 0 to 3meter "Beep Beep" range ! .

Sounds good Steve, if the price is right i'm interested x 2 (Cima and Cedric!)

Manny, In my Accord i was using it alot. It was kinda cool knowing *precisely* how fast i was going - even if i knew exactly where i was. The CarPC had a 12V powersupply with auto-startup and Shutdown so i never even thought about it - i could just open the screen at any time to see my location and speed

It has been 'on the shelf' though for the last 4 months because I dont have a driveable car to put it in! I'd have installed it in the Cima but i dont see myself ever taking that somewhere where i could get lost!

Avin..

Farnell at chester hill have some reverse sensors kits on special $15 or something like that.
They are normally really expensive people but just have these mad clear out sales.
Try them for a sensor kit to replace you original one with holes..

They also have 100 cd cases for $5 Ooooo...

Ok everyone else.
I see there is keen intrest.
Yes they can be fitted to the front side rear or the roof !!!

I shall give Dommonic a call now and get some priceing for us all.

OK..

One off they are $100 + GST + shipping
He is happy to do Group buys of 5 or 10 units and offer a discount starting at 10%.
Bigger discounts will require bigger numbers.

Dominic is based in Sydney but at this time does not want to be flooded with
phone calls by people wanting discounts,
so someone on here will have to organise multiple orders.

So for all you budding capitolists out there, you have a chance to "be in the middle" and service the community.!!

I can do it if no one wants to, but it's not realy my thing.
I shall post up some Pictures from the small brochure I have on the unit and see where it goes.

Oops I better just say that the "ROOF" comment was a little joke, I don't want people smashing me for misleading you all.!!!
Not to say that it could not be used in such an application !!!
As long as the roof was not metal..

Front and Back should not be any trouble as long as you do not have Metal Bumperbars.
Pictures up in a moment
