Frigg Niall Ya ripoff! Hahahaha
Also

I agree with Niall,Giving him a call with a complaint would be better than flaming him on a public forum without the complaint rectified and explained.Time and time again we see people looking to save dollers and ignore Great work and reliable work done buy the guy's that not only love these cars but are very respected for there work. "Why would they jepidise(not sure on the spelling) there buisiness for a couple of dollers?" Also on the buisiness subject...Why don't you start up a buisiness and see how hard it is to make ends meet with not only the love of the car but the respect that years of knowledge has got Niall to were he is today...
Now Min I don't think any less or more for your comment's but have a look at what was said by other member's and consider why you were charged in this way.....Who know's what the other mechanic that quoted you $120 per side ($240) would have charged you in the end.A quote these days is not something you can rely on as there is hidden cost and not to mention stuff ups by the mechanic and then passes it on to you....Were as Niall has quoted and only charged that quote not added extra like most mechanics. This is why The likes of Niall,Neil,Joe and lew are very recomended and well respected by the soarer community.
I have and still do,take my car to Niall and pay his cost's without a concern of being ripped off.
Now tell us there is better mechanics out there!

seems I've been whinging through this thread for nothing

I was basically trying to get pink slip and I was short of money since I spent too much money on partying and travelling stuff. so i just replaced defected side first to get the car registered first, soon i will replace the other side.

Ok, let say there was a misunderstanding between him and me. But I thought it's for one side because the QUOTE FOR PART was price for one side. Anyway, having looked at this mess I've made, I'm so regretful and I feel humiliated. Also sorry for Nial. Didn't mean to blame you, I should consider very carefully before start this.
He repair my car before and the quality was great.

I didn't mean to blame or flame ( according to Mr. Smith ) the soarer specialist. It was more likely about pure discussion that "there should be some standard labour charge?" but some people got off the track and started picking up actual specialists name. that was too bad. grow up people
(I should grow up too :-))

Soon, I will contact administrator to delete this thread

Again, I'm so sorry to all you guys. gimme some punishment.

Well it takes a bigger man to admit he's made a mistake.
I reckon you may know that Niall is the only bloke in sydney that knows your car better than anyone else.
From my few experiences i've been charged what the jobs worth (quite probably less).
Now quit making inflammatory statements on a public forum and go and buy Niall a case of beer!

With all the info we know now,why there was a miss understanding,I understand you didn't intend to blame.I only commented on what Niall had said and I agree.....You should of called Niall first with the question and none of this would have been mentioned. No need to feel humiliated. As I said I don't think any less or more of you over this......Ok!
