hey all. i am turning 21 on 17th March and i have no idea what to do. i was thinking of going to a club and invite everyone i know, but i was told ppl don't show up to these things. so i am sort of out of ideas, i am over house parties and strippers.
so any suggestions what i can do....any places in Melbourne where i can go..some sort of bar maybe....something please...

My 21st is coming up too. I've decided against going out to a club- i've found that people turn up for about 5 mins on their club rounds that night. I'm doing mine at home, and not inviting anyone who's gonna cause trouble. Might even get some of my security friends to work the door... If you really want people to commit- theme the party.

For mine last year I had a cocktail party at home. Got in 3 awesome flare bar tenders to do the cocktails, a good DJ to pump out some tunes, and some nice finger food doing the rounds. Coupled with all of my good family and friends to share the night with and it was an awesome night.

I hired a bus with a driver, and set up a camping site on a river about 40km from town. Big bonfire, heaps of beer, stereo in the corner, mum supplied the food... everyone had fun and we had no stick from the Legits.
I supplied the transport, hired a marquee, bought about 10 slabs of beer and an ounce of weed for later on in the night, total cost around $800. This was 5 years ago now... so may cost a little more.

You see, one thing you have to realise is, you get what you pay for. I used to chip in with mates 20 bucks each for some $190 stripper...
At the moment I am again organising a bucks night where we are chipping in 100 bucks each for a few quality strippers. Seriously, a 200 dollar stripper will differ quite a lot from a 500 dollar stripper, take my word for it. The cheap ones know they are ugly, hence they charge little. The really hot ones (unfortunately I suppose) know they are hot, hence they charge more. Simple logic really haha.

It's true. I went to a Rebels MC party a few years ago and the strippers were fcuking hot - and not a fake boob in sight. I asked one of the guys, "how much?!" and he said they spent about $3000 on them. But $3000 got about 7 chicks on stage doing some pretty screwed up stuff to each other... I got covered in whipped cream and received a pretty strange-tasting lollipop.

depends on what you like mate, if its just about getting piseed id just have it at home then you can pass out when ever lol..
For my 21 we booked a charter boat off ulladulla and went out for marlin, (got 6 )was the best. ffzzzzzzzzzz gees i can still hear the reel screem.

hmmm for the city though once again it depends on what you like. if you want young fluceys go to Alambra, CQ, Beach club, How sexy etc...but there packed...
id go for something with more sitting areas so you guys can mingle with the ladies, like Transport, long room, roof top, etc..

havent been to them before, might have to check it out before the bday. but nice suggestions, might have to get some info on how i can get guest lists.
i was actually last night at room and this girl had a bday their, we used her guest list to get in, but she didnt have much of her friends there, but i guess the most important thing is that your closest friends come
