the other day i was watching some .avi videos (not burnt movies) in windows media center, and now the disks are blank! to be more specific it says the disk are full capacity wise, however there are no files on them.

now the only thing i did that may have possibly done this was when i took the disk out (pushed the button) while it was still playing down in the bottom corner.

does anybody know how i can i get my videos back?

Browse the disk with a DVD/CD burning program (not the default windows garbage) and you might be able to see the files.

It's likely a multi-session disc which has not been closed.

Not all drives can read unclosed multi-session discs. Try it in another computer. Aim for one with CD-RW capabilities.
