I'd say its a concept car for a small volume manufacturer. Its a nice design, though the front grill is OTT. |

The bad guys sometimes cover their bombs in expanding foam and then roll it around in the sand and dirt... and PRESTO ! Looks like a normal rock on the side of the road. |
