So its rubbish verge collection week in my suburb and just like every other year I have some •••• I need to get rid of... anyways, I had an old computer sitting in my shed collecting dust... nothing flash, IBM P3 600 but something decent for maybe a student or a family less fortunate to use. It worked and had everything for someone to just pick it up and take it home.My mum also put a few chairs and other bits out as well. Anyways, I wake up this afternoon and I go out to collect the mail and whats some low life dick done ??? The monitor had been picked up and dropped causing glass, PCB and all other •••• to go all over my drive way, the guts of the computer have been ripped out and thrown across my front lawn along with the case, the chairs mum left out had been completely destroyed with sharp bits of wood and plastic scattered all over the road... my front yard looks like a tornado has ripped through it. I mean what the ••••••• what would possess someone to do this kind of •••• ??? I strongly believe that people that have this kind of destructive mentality and get off on it dont deserve to breathe the same air as the rest of us. Im probably gonna get fined over this too... Mums cleaned some of it up, I cant do much as I've just had a knee reconstruction and yeah... our front lawn seriously looks like a scene out of Twister. |

Bloody idiots. Those verge collections cause more trouble than they're worth, what with •••• like that happening and all the hawkers that come out and take all your •••• before the council does. |

Keenan, 1 mans junk is another mans treasure, I put the stuff out there for other people to take and not so much the council. I don't mind people coming to my house on a scavenger hunt but i do get pissed when they knock on my door and ask for other ••••••• for example, that computer I put out there didn't have speakers, it had everything else but speakers and some clown knocked on the door asking if I could throw in a set. That ••••• me.. I basically said to him that if it wasn't on the verge without speakers then it would be sitting in cash converters with speakers... he didn't understand what I was getting at so I just said i couldn't help him... politely of course and he just left it...
Lol, now to think of it maybe it was him who came back and smashed it up.... |

I put out a microwave and stuck on it a piece of paper written "working-free" and it disappeared within half an hour. Some things I'd rather see go to someone in need than waste my time with cash converters. |

I agree, but my point to the guy was basically that its out there for free taking... you dont exactly go knock on the door and ASK for more free ••••• thats just rude. |

Nar, my neighborhood is full of older people so I dont have little tip rat kids walking the streets at night ect. Instead I get elderly fists shaken at me as I drive my car past with it's hoon exhaust... You cant win lol. |
