Has anyone dealt with, or have comment on, new cars 2u?

I am looking to buy a new car and they seem to promise the best deal 'due to fleet buying practises'. They claim to be able to save on average $5000 on a new car.

My concern is I prefer to deal with some one I can 'lay my hands on' if the need arises. I guess I have trust issues...
