Tim, that is REALLY funny. Got a paypal account?
People could email you photots of loved ones, plus a few sentences about what they did recently or some other useful info, and you could frame them in virtual motivational posters. Let them choose a jpeg size so they can be rolled off the office printer.....hehe.
Charge em $5 or $10 a whip, add a free forwarding service to the recipient, OR, the recipients workplace mailing list. Do up a good basic website..etc.
I personally thought they were HELL funny, and would be a great way to give someone a memorable laugh, and a keepsake for 5 or 10 dollars :, especially for friends who are overseas, and you want to give them something, but not a $140 bunch of rotting flowers that werent the right color from InterFlora that arrived 2 days late. Here go squat on this domain name before someone snavels it :
On the website you could certainly advertise with some before and after photos. I really thought the impact was HUUGE as Ryan sent in an unmolestered photo, and what you did to it was hilarious Unexpected. Worth a couple of bucks easy Blue Steel for the win!

I'm glad you guys liked them, and Ryan, I'm glad you have a sense of humour and can take a joke, even if it is at your expense... thats a good qualiity to have... far too many people out there nowadays who take themselves way too seriously
Aaron, not a bad idea, however I was just lucky to have had a moment of creativity when I spotted these the second time
Unfortunately these moments of comedy cant be called upon on demand, as much as I wish they could be
