Insert the key to the ignition devise which sends an electrical impulse via a solenoid to the starting motor and at the same time enlivens the primary ignition circuit and which engages a ring gear on the flywheel and turns over the crankshaft which has conrods connected to it by big end bearings and little end bearings that connect to the pistons which have rings on them to prevent gasses from the combustion chambers leaking past into the sump which is filled with a lubricating substance that is picked up by a pump which delivers the oil to all parts of the engine that need lubricating. Now, when the camshafts which are connected by a timing belt located at the front of the engine start to turn in unison to operate the valves at precisely the right moment start to turn and the spark plugs also begin their high voltage dance, the whole devise might fire up. If in fact we have ignition, it is time to engage the transmission which is designed to......I'm tired. It's time for a little nap.
