I thought it gave an insight into a car enthusiasts brain and emotions for the non enthusiast. I enjoyed it :-)

Having just crashed my beast I can certainly relate. Good TV Doco probably not film material though

hmm maybe i was a bit harsh. the thing is i kept reading great reviews so was really disappointed. if he had have elaborated on the rebuild of the car, the money it cost him, who his friends were that helped and made it into a kind of story i would have enjoyed it. thought it was uninspired and came across as very boring. sometimes these low budget aussie productions come up trumps but this didnt in my opinion. Glad that at least some people enjoyed it but i found it disappointing. was a great topic to explore and i reckon many people on this site would have made a better docco.
