Plenty of people have commented on how to break down the 3 phase but no one has warned you about any 240v circuit protection. As explained above, the red, blue and white wires are the actives, and the black will be the common neutral, with green the common earth. If you are plugging into a 3 phase 32 or 50 amp outlet, when you access the 240v side of things, you will still only have the 32 or 50 amp protection which means if your equipment failed, it would probably fry and burn long before it would trip out the power. Ideally you should set up a mini sub board with 15amp breakers for each phase. This is not difficult but you do need to know how to wire it safely. When completed, you should have access to 3 separate 240v circuits all protected at 15 amps.

Good point Gary, they should also ensure that the circuit is connected to an earth leakage circuit breaker as well.
Anyone with a house without one is "walking on the edge", a cheap investment in your safety!
