I'd be damn happy with 4 years at 55PSI!, especially if you are dyno comping it all the time, nothing is harder on an engine! Engines let go on dynos all the time, its not going to change anyones opinion about how tough the 2JZ is.
Where they even after market con rods? Was it a stroked motor? I guess with those numbers it must have been a 3.4 litre stroker right?

they have had a stroked motor for ages in their workshop maybe that will replace it. as far as i know they were still running the std stroke. to go four years with countless dyno runs its amazing its held up so long. i think its one of the highest power per litre motors out there (other than the old 1.5l f1 engines)
