what a load of tired sh!te. its great that this kind of stupidity is openly aired in the US. I suspect that the right wing capitalists suspect they are preaching to the already converted. In some more intellectually developed countries this kind of propaganda is more subtle and therefore perhaps more influential.

Fox is not news, it's opinion. Often thinly-veiled racist opinion.
Despite being an embarassment to Americans, the more exposure Sarah Palin gets, the less she, and in turn the Republicans, stands a chance of getting elected.

The angels of the lord fluttered down and said to Jon, "Jon," they said (angels being polite), "Jon, you have to go on a right-wing tv talk show and tell the sort of people who watch it that your president is practising socialism and marxism. Not only that, he is using money taxed from the rich to provide health for the poor, and god told us to remind you that he is really against that kind of social-helpful schitt and he'll send his hairy son down to strong-arm anyone who thinks otherwise."
And Jon replied," Yeah, OK, but I'll have to write it all down because my brain don't work so good since Dustin Hoffman gave me some of that funny white stuff on the set of Midnight Cowboy. Hey, you know I played parts in Gunsmoke? I was great in that, and here I am, still mouthing meaningless scripts on tv forty years later! Gifted with wisdom, that's what I am."

there is nothing brave, or courageous about that speech. not in the least.
saying obama is aiding islamic extremists, saying that he is acting against the will of the american people when he was elected by a landslide, and goes on to call the people who voted for obama not educated enough to understand their loss, and calls his own supporters brave, educated, and the ones who can understand what is going on.
this is elitism and advocation of class privilege, espoused in an icily calm voice, and it gives me the chills
