Does anyone know of any good proxy websites? Currently what im using is www.snowyears.com and its great, but im unable to load up nissansilvia.com at work through that proxy.
A cool little utility that creates a VPN connection to a server in the US, and directs all your HTTP traffic through that, with the purpose of protecting your computer when using a public hotspot. Best part about hotspot shield is it will be difficult to block as there's no straightforward signature used:
Seeing as I work as an I.T technician at the school, I spend most of my time figuring out how to keep pages blocked. Haha

Also, if the internet filter was ever put in place by that bumbling douche bag we know as Senator Stephen Conroy, I'd be the first to start using hotspotshield.
there was another way we used to do at school which i cant quite remember, but you open up cmd and ping the website you wanted to go to and go to the sites direct IP or something along those lines..
