Hi everyone,

If this topic has been thrashed before please let me know.. I 've tried to search with no luck...

Basically I've been going crazy looking for wheels for my Soarer online for the last 2 days (10 hours of viewing time online!!!)

I just can't make up my mind.

I know I like Machined alloys, but I hate it when they paint the behind the spokes black or grey.

I thought about gold wheels, but I'm not too sure. i think I like the GT-C style ones??

I think I need to see some pictures of other Soarers to decide.

I live in rural WA, so I can't test fit wheels unfortunately!

This is worse than a girl trying to pick a pair of shoes to buy! haha

You now have the fun of working out size, offset etc! Rural WA may make you avoid 19's unless you like a really bumpy ride!

Thanks for the link, and I want 19's but just don't think I can do it without wrecking the car on bumps. Mind you, the roads out here are better than in inner city Melbourne!

Daniel thats a great link. :-)

Ian, what size are those?
and Murray what is the offset of those wheels to fit 9.5" under there? - I think remember reading that you can only got to 9" for airbag models?

Kadir,
The offset is 45 which is pretty close to factory which I was keen to achieve. They clear the airbag covers by about 10 cm. I didn't mention before they are 18" and very, very, very light. I have Goodyear F1 Assymetrics on them - plenty nice!!! I love how I can get my hand right in through the spokes and clean the inside of the wheel very easily.

They are 17" on my now "ex" white one. I presume they would be 7" wide.
