I've been looking for a cheap multimeter to read capacitance, and found the following description of one unit:

"China Multimeter VC9805 and China Large Screen Multimeter,Digital Multimeter,Digital Meter,Omnipotence Meter,provided by Zhangzhou Weihua Electronic

Maybe they should supply one to Robert Mugabe, so he can measure his Omnipotence level:-)?}
