has anyone noticed any undercover police cars in NSW? i've been spotting a fair few lately and thought i mite just let you guyz know, and also tell a funni storey. Wetherill park cops - 2 new magna AWD models green and a white ones both very dirty, the white one has the additional 2 antenas in the back. Bankstown Cops - 1 black magna AWD looks lowered. Cabramatta Cops - 1 red new camry not sure which model but it was a v6, also saw cops there in an avalon but that maybe privat car because it had teddy bears in the back window. Burwood Cops - 1 black 180sx gold zenneti rims and gt wing, may also be private owned. Along elizabeth dr in bonnyrigg there is an orange Ford XR6 non turbo doing its rounds there dark black tint say 5%, copper is in uniform and he always speeding around there and trying to race people. now for the funni storey: I was driving along hume highway in lansvale heading towards the city, came to the lights infront of sizzlers. "05" Blue sti pulls up next to me with 4 guyz in it, starts hitting his throttle and letting out a pssshhhhtt. lights turn green i just cruise offf the line rexy stalls!!!!!!! hehehehehehhe then he flyz passes me and overtakes, btw im still laughing my ass off then an white xr6 turbo with orange gt strips power slides out of polding street onto the hume behind us and gunz it next to the rex. theres two guyz in the xr6 and a female in the back and she is a HOT blonde!!! now the drivers are revving there cars and the sti passengers are leaning out of there car trying to chat to the chick who has her windows up.lights turn green to turn right and the xr6 punches it then realises that forward is still red then brakes hard, rexy and me are pissing ourselves laughing!!! xr6 rolls back a little and starts brining up the revvs and so does the rexy, i just couldn't give a stuff racing... waste my fuel, so expensive nowadays! but thats another storey. ok, lights go green xr6 smokes it up and rexy takes lead they both hit about 90km/h and rex is killing the xr6, there doing about 120km/h rex clearly killing the xr6 hits the hazards and slows down. the xr6 switches lanes to get behind the rex... WOOP WOOP siren, red and blue lights go on!!!!!! holly crap they were copppers!!!! as i drove past my chair was soaked in piss due to the amount of laughter i had just suffered!!!! hahahahah i would of paid to see it again.
Cops are not permited to do that..they too can be found guilty of street racing themselves.
if the guys who got cought would be smart, they would get the names of the cops, the car rego and call the supervising officer at the cop shop..as thats illegal of them to do as well!
Just cause they are cops, they think they can do everything and get away with it..
In Revesby, theres a Ford GT thingy with the super charger and stripes and all on it. The guy just pulls out from the cop station and my brother's seen him pull out. He comes up to my brother's Rex (sold it already) and starts revving it out. How stupid is that?
Seen the same one last saturday in my old Soarer, cruises next to us and starts pulling forward, slows down, pulls again, slows down and we knew who he was, so he just cut us off and turns off.
guys..if you see that again, get the car details, and we can report them...
just talked to my mate at auburn police station, and he said that many are a bunch of pricks, and most people dont stand up to cops, they just cop it, as they dont want to get defected, and the cops are just after a certian amount of people per day, so they will egg you on til you do sumtin stupid and then they will book ya..

I'd be laughing my a$$ off if I saw the rex stall, although I'd be offering myself as a witness against the cops.
Btw, I didn't think we had such a thing as entrapment in Australia. I thought it was just a US constitutional thingy. Anyone doing law? Still, I'm almost certain it's illegal for a cop to break the road rules unless he has his siren on and lights flashing!!!! You need a witness outside the car that said he broke the law to nail them though.
perhaps...but then one thing to remember...if you say your a witness to something a cop did wrong...dont give your name up front to them..as..well..im sure you will get a visit..!
its a real pain, but perhaps contacting the anti coruption board would be a choice!
had a chat to my mate who's doing her final year for her law degree. Although she is majoring in business law she's pretty smart and she advised the following: 1. There is no such thing as entrapment in australia. eg)Drug deal setups are performed by cops regularly. 2. Cop racers are real and are given authority by commanders in charge,and are therefore given special privelidges. 3. Cops can always say they were speeding to chase down street racers and did not use sirens immediately to give themselves the upper hand in the pursuite. 4. Cops authority is always takin in higher regard then general public. in other words if you were to go to court and it was your word against a cop you would generaly lose.
Basicaly DON'T RACE unless on track. You drive a soarer show your class and style by cruising and just punching it off the line when theres a fully sick holden next to you.
