As im sure you will all be finding out soon enough Peter Brock was killed today in a racing incident.
For almost 10 years i lived i the same suburb as Peter, i could even see his house from mine, it was not unusual to see him down at the local shops where i talked with him on many occasions, he was a great bloke to be around, an icon this country will never forget. I have followed him my whole life, my youngest memory of motorsport was watching him.
So next week i will return to the small town i grew up in to go to his public memorial, i can still remember the excitment i felt when i first meet him, i will never forget one of the worlds Greatest drivers. Also we should not over look his incredible contribution to charity.
