Yes it does look low. the side skirts actually sit around 1" lower than the seam in the seal panels. and if thay are 19" rims i recon the owner has droped it around 2 1/2"

Mate who knows... i mean i just fit a set of 19's on my car and even with the direct comparison its kina hard to tell....but i think i would lean more towards the 19 side than 20's

There's nothing wrong with 20's. There are a few people on this forum who drive around daily with 20" rims. They're a little more of a harsh than 19's and stuff but perfectly drivable.

Really depends on the tyres as well. I use to have 20's with pirelli rubbers, and the ride felt better than with my current 18's with nankang or kumho.

Well i had a ride with my 19's on them for about a day until i found out that the rims were chipped...all 3/4 of them...
i took it back and after a bit of debate, i downgraded and got my self a set of 18's...i dont think there's much of a difference in comfort...all the same if you ask me...
as for the original question...i'd say they are 19's
Here's another 2 cents from me...that's four cents lol
