Peter love to see that up against an active on a tight twisted road. As there are a few more thing happen in an active! Just not the suspension, there is the 4WS as well. Plus the sensors to keep you going straight. |

That's certainly the next generation of Active Suspension. Using electro magnets, I believe. It will we fantastic when they get it fully sorted.
I like the bit where the car actually leans into the corner.
I also believe they are planning on making it a easy retrofit into a lot of regular cars. So that will be good.

How can a company that produces such rubbish (their so called hifi gear) come up with something so cool?

I do not own Bose and have not auditioned them for my listening (I use Paradigms and formerly Acoustic Research) but if you want an opinion against Bose, try this one :

Slightly off topic but I've never really liked the BOSE stuff, primarily as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a decent, solid sound stage from those tiny excuses for speakers! Not to mention that they are charging $499 for a bloody iPod dock!?!
I make all my own speaker cabinets and use a combination of Response, Vifa and Peerless drivers in them, all powered by an Onkyo amplifier. I've got a mate who is a sound engineer and another one who is a DJ and they both say that for the $2600 the whole rig cost me, it $hits all over BOSE, and even other brands costing way more. That article is quite right, there is simply NO substitute for a decently braced and deadend MDF box to house a sub, period! |

Ridiculously over-priced, no treble, no bass, just a mash of poor mid-range. Hence the saying "no highs, no lows, must be bose!"
