Well as in my other thread I was having some problems with a speed hump out the front of my new place. Turns out my front shockies are stuffed so am looking into new suspension all round. Im looking for something mid-range so not too pricey but not a POS either.

Any recommendations?

Do a search, Spend a bit of time looking around here as there are many many recommendations from various people who have tried various setups and can vouch first hand their results.

Mods, I think we need a smiley with a big 'search for it you lazy cnut hole' banner. :-)

I did do the search under both suspension and new suspension and came up with nothing relevant for me.

Try searching 'coil overs' or 'coilovers'.

The product of 5 minutes with the fantastic search function that this forum has. :-)

Good luck with your suspension hunt, and there are plenty more posts here with even more coilover info. :-)

Get a good set of shock absorbers and a set of springs that sit the car a little higher than what it's at now.

Alternatively you could look at a set of Supra shocks and springs.

The search function is useless if you don't know what question to ask. Familiarity of the terminology on the site helps a lot.

So people with only 33 posts shouldn't be castigated for not getting it right.

Yeah, to a point. You could also spend the time to look through the suspension section, where you will definately find what you are looking for and familiarise yourself with the terminology that gets used.

Also, the number of posts doesn't mean a lot. He may have been a member for years and read, read, read. In fact, Josh has been a member for a little over two months which is adequate time to read and familiarise his self with the going's on's of this club and this forum.

I'm not trying to be nasty, and certainly not trying to castigate anyone, but you see the same questions come up again, and again, and again.

My keyboard has squeaky buttons.
