can some helpfull person tell me if this is the factory hieght contoller as i dont know it just fell out when i was cleaning the car

The factory height controller is that black button on the gear shift panel that says "Normal" and "High".

Yep, one of Steve's controllers.
I have worked out a real simple mosd that allows you to choose TEMs soft/hard at any height as opposed to the hard position automatically lowering the car which means you can't have hard suspension with either of the higher settings which is where it's needed most with older struts.
