I bought the car 2 years ago and have lived with the plastic bushes that had been fitted at compliance time ever since. The ride has been OK but a few creaks and groans had started up so I bit the bullet, called Andrew and got me a full set of real bushes for the front - both sets of control arms, steering and sway bar (Toyota rubber for the sway bar). I really wish I'd done it from day one - what a difference! I know that many people have written about their experiences with Vlamos bushes before but having felt the transformation for myself, I can only say that if you haven't got them fitted, do it now. I can hear a distinct drop in road noise coming through to the cabin and everything feels as tight as a new car - just fantastic.
Andrew is a top bloke to deal with and although he sent me a full set of fitting instructions, I didn't read them properly and so got caught out with a phone call from the mechanic (local Lexus/Toyota dealer) half way through the job saying that he needed a pair of stopper disks (tossed away when the plastic bushes had been fitted) and he could only get them from Japan.... A call to Andrew and in minutes he had put me on to James at Castle Hill Toyota, James dropped them straight into an airbag and I had them in the mechanics hands in a flash - great service all round.
So it's big thanks from me to all concerned and a shameless plug for Andrew's bushes - if you want your Soarer to feel like a new car, get 'em and feel that Soarer Grin grow

It may be shameless but it's certainly warranted! Transformed my TT when I had them fitted...Should be #1 on any Soarer owner's modification list...simply gold...

Hi Maurice
All VFT prices are on Andrew's website: http://vftbushes.com/ The full front set came to $670 all up, including postage. I also paid $73 to Castle Hill Toyota for them to express post a pair of stopper disks to me, and I got the local Lexus/Toyota dealer to supply a pair of sway bar bushes @ $45.50 the pair and a pair of matching brackets @ $38.20 the pair. Labour for fitting and a full alignment was $700.
